In the last few months in addition to helping to give Beit Chai a facelift, Jacques and Chanelle have been editing the last teachings which Gerrit had given in Europe. This is really life changing material and we as a team are really excited about this. They are also editing the teachings Tiaan is doing on a weekly basis. They are working together with Tiaan to release the Apostolic Writings linked to the Torah portion teachings of Gerrit. These additional teachings will also be available to view, weekly, alongside Gerrit’s teaching, when the new Torah cycle starts in the middle of October.

While working through the hard drives they also discovered footage of the last discipleship course which Gerrit had taught in Jerusalem at the end of 2017. This course consists of 80 session divided into 4 weeks. Each week he taught about a different appointed time, Shabbat (the day of rest), Pesach (Passover), Shavuot (Pentecost) and Sukkot (The feast of Tabernacles). They are still busy editing this discipleship material and hope to release it in the coming weeks.

Their children have also been on a 2-month summer vacation and are excited about starting their new grades in the beginning of September. Miriam is in Kitah Heh (Fifth grade) now, Caleb is in Kitah Gimel (3rd grade), Abigail is in Kitah Bet (2nd grade) and Raphaela is still be in kindergarten. The 3 older ones are so blessed to be attending a Hebrew school that is built on the foundation of the Word but most importantly Yeshua is the corner stone of their education. Raphaela is also blessed to be in a kindergarten where belief in Yeshua is central in the goal to bring forth reconciliation between Jews, Arabs and gentiles.
